Critique is essential to
any writer’s betterment, but receiving criticism on one’s hard work is a
difficult thing!

Jennifer Stolzer will discuss how to find errors, target weaknesses, and
explore possible writing solutions in a critique group setting during a
workshop from 10 a.m. to noon, Aug. 5, at The Lodge Des Peres, 1050 Des Peres
Rd., St. Louis, MO., 63131. Free to St. Louis Writers Guild members; $5 for
nonmembers.
Jennifer, who heads the Guild’s
critique group program, will discuss protocol and tactics when it comes to both
giving and receiving criticism from other authors.
She lives and works in St. Louis, MO. Jennifer
graduated from Webster University with a degree in digital media and animation,
and uses this skill set to create bright and engaging characters in both
pictures and words. Her illustration company, Jennifer Stolzer Illustration,
